Analyze business requirements and user needs to design effective and user-centered product experiences. Create User Flows, Wireframes, Mockups, and Prototypes for web and mobile applications. Design intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent user interfaces that enhance usability. Collaborate closely with Business Analysts (BA), Project Managers (PM), and Developers to deliver solutions that meet business and user requirements. Build, maintain, and improve Design Systems and reusable UI Components. Conduct user research and continuously optimize user experience based on user feedback and data insights. Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for usability across different devices and screen sizes.

Hard skills / experience: Strong experience designing customer-facing digital products in fintech, banking (preferred corporate banking), payment or other regulated domains Experience handling complex financial workflows Experience in producing intuitive reponsive designs for both desktop web applications and mobile apps Experience working with design systems in large-scale products; ability to create, extend, and document reusable components in Figma Strong interaction design and problem-solving skills for new product / zero-to-one concept development Soft skills / ways of working: Strong collaboration and communication skills Able to work intensively with PO, BA, Dev to shape and refine a new insurance product line Comfortable working in ambiguity, challenging reguirements, and translating business / operational constraints into clear customer experience
