Review requirements, specifications, and technical designs to identify potential issues and provide feedback. Create and maintain test documents, including test scenarios, test cases, checklists, and test data. Plan, estimate, prioritize, and coordinate testing activities for product releases. Execute functional, integration, regression, API, and performance testing as required. Identify, report, track, and retest defects to ensure proper resolution. Support customers and operation teams by investigating, reproducing, and analyzing issues reported during system operation. Coordinate with PO, BA, Developers, and relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure product quality. Support team members and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and product quality.

Skill & Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Software QA/QC or a related position. Understanding of software development and product lifecycle processes. Experience in creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, checklists, and test reports. Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and issue investigation. Experience with task/bug management tools such as Redmine, Backlog, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to quickly understand new products, processes, and business requirements. Able to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced Product Team. Experience with HRM solutions, Odoo framework, or Product Team environments is a plus. Other: Good in English comprehension and writing.
