Technical Leadership Own and drive technical architecture, engineering standards, and technology direction. Design scalable and maintainable systems to support rapid business and user growth. Make sound technical trade-offs between speed, scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Establish engineering best practices around coding standards, code reviews, testing, and documentation. Identify and proactively address technical debt, bottlenecks, and system risks. Hands-on Engineering Stay hands-on and contribute directly to core features and critical technical components. Design and develop APIs, backend services, databases, and system integrations. Review code and ensure high-quality technical delivery. Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system reliability. Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and stability. AI & Product Engineering Work closely with Product and AI teams to bring AI-powered features into production. Contribute to solutions such as: AI-powered parenting insights Personalized recommendations
Yêu cầu công việc
5+ years of software engineering experience, with experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, or Engineering Lead. Strong hands-on coding skills and a solid software engineering foundation. Proven experience designing and building scalable backend systems. Strong proficiency in at least one programming language such as Node.js. Solid experience with System design. Experience leading or mentoring engineers. Strong ability to collaborate with Product and Business stakeholders. Product-oriented mindset with a strong focus on business impact.
Quyền lợi
Up to 50M VND gross/month, depending on experience and capabilities. Work closely with the Founder/CEO and Product & Technology leadership. Take significant ownership of the technical direction of an AI-first product. Build and scale engineering capabilities during the company‘s Growth & Scale stage. Work on real-world applications of AI, LLMs.
