Recent graduates or candidates with less than one year of work experience in Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Environment Engineering or other related fields Proficiency in English communication (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent certification) Minimum GPA of 2.7/4 or 7/10 Demonstrated analytical skills, logical reasoning, and critical thinking abilities. Ability to learn quickly and adapt well to pressure and change A proactive mindset with creativity in problem-solving
