Provide services across multiple vendors and vertical technologies, to deliver excellence in Windows and/or Apple focused technology services. Provide general application support, basic troubleshooting of network connectivity issues, user account creations and deletions, create file sharing connections. Manage end point software installation and licensing, as well as end user device setup and transfer. Assist with incident investigation processes Able to travel onsite to customer sites if required DesignLive has built itself as an agile and innovative business. Previous experience in a IT Systems Engineer LEVEL 3, Infrastructure Engineer or similar position. Experience across a range of different vertical technologies (Windows, MacOS, Office 365, Intune, Jamf, etc). Strong networking background, supporting network infrastructure including switches, Wi-Fi access points and firewalls at a level 3. Good communication in English with key stakeholders, in both technical and non-technical capacities. Infrastructure knowledge around Windows Servers/VMWare/HyperV and backup knowledge. Proficient with cloud technologies like Microsoft 365, Intune and Azure. Passionate about everything IT, you have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python for task automation and system management. Expertise in Autopilot, Intune, SCCM, and imaging tools for fleet deployment and lifecycle management. Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience. Relevant industry certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, CISCO, etc).
