Position Summary: We are seeking an Optimization Engineer to join our innovative team at VinFast. This role is crucial in applying AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and implement practical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Macro, VBA Excel, Python, and data visualization tools such as Superset, Power BI, or QuickSight, along with cloud computing experience. You will play a key role in driving our commitment to sustainability and high-quality product delivery. Job Description: - Utilize AI technologies to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. - Develop and implement practical solutions using Macro, VBA Excel, and Python. - Create and maintain data visualizations using Superset, Power BI, or QuickSight. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement. - Analyze data to inform decision-making and enhance product quality. - Support the development of innovative strategies to meet production goals. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to optimization efforts.
