Plan new systems and content for global hybrid puzzle games. Design various levels for puzzle games, analyze market test data, and apply the insights to the game. Thiết kế các hệ thống và nội dung mới cho dòng game Puzzle Hybrid Casual phát hành toàn cầu. Thiết kế nhiều level khác nhau cho game puzzle, phân tích dữ liệu từ các đợt market test và vận hành sản phẩm, từ đó đề xuất và triển khai các cải tiến vào game.
Yêu cầu công việc
Requirements 3 to 7 years of experience in Puzzle Game Design or a related field. Strong passion for and extensive experience playing puzzle games. Ability to organize ideas logically and translate them into clear, persuasive game design proposals/ documents. Good communication and collaboration skills with team members and approach work in a positive, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Từ 3 đến 7 năm kinh nghiệm planning game puzzle, hoặc kinh nghiệm liên quan tương đương. Có kinh nghiệm chơi và hiểu biết sâu về các dòng game Puzzle trên thị trường. Có khả năng xây dựng ý tưởng, phân tích logic và cụ thể hóa thành proposal/kế hoạch có tính thuyết phục. Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và phối hợp tốt với các thành viên trong team, có thái độ tích cực và chủ động trong công việc. Required Skills Basic understanding of game engines such as Unity, etc. Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc. Proficiency using work documentation tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, etc. Experience using project management tools such as Notion, etc. Hiểu biết cơ bản về game engine như Unity hoặc các engine tương đương v.v. Thành thạo các AI tools như Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, v.v. Sử dụng tốt các công cụ soạn thảo/tài liệu công việc như MS Office, Google Workspace, v.v. Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các công cụ quản lý dự án như Notion, v.v. Nice to Have Experience in level design for puzzle games or using map creation tools. Strong understanding of the mobile game and hybrid casual markets. Experience with LiveOps and A/B Testing for mobile games. Experience using Unity or other game engines, with strong proficiency in collaboration tools. Korean language proficiency is preferred. Có kinh nghiệm vận hành live-ops mobile game và A/B Testing. Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng Unity hoặc game engine khác, đồng thời thành thạo các collaboration tools. Ưu tiên ứng viên biết tiếng Hàn
