✅ What We Are Looking For Must Have • 7+ years in software testing or Quality Engineering, focused on automation • Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright and Python • Experience designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks • Experience testing enterprise web applications, APIs, integrations, and workflows • Practical experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines • Strong knowledge of test design, risk-based testing, test data, and defect management • Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills • Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams • Strong English communication and documentation skills • High ownership, attention to detail, and product-oriented thinking Strong Advantages • Playwright with TypeScript • OutSystems or other Low-Code/No-Code platforms • Practical use of GenAI or Agentic AI in testing • API automation and performance testing • Security, accessibility, resilience, and production validation • Workflow or process-automation platform experience • Cloud, observability, and production-monitoring knowledge • ISTQB or an equivalent testing certification
