Manage daily security operations and security personnel. Control employee, visitor, contractor, and vehicle access. Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. Conduct security risk assessments and investigations. Handle security incidents and emergency response activities. Protect company assets and prevent theft or loss. Manage security contractors and their performance. Ensure compliance with security policies and audit requirements. Prepare security reports and drive continuous improvements.

Over 3-year’s related experience about security management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Security risk assessment and mitigation. Incident investigation and root cause analysis. CCTV and Access Control system management. Crisis management and emergency response. Excellent communication and report-writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Shuttle bus service from Hanoi and Bac Ninh. Working schedule from Monday to Saturday, with 25 Saturdays off per year; Saturday attendance is flexible depending on the nature of the job and department — employees are not required to come in on Saturdays.
