Mô tả công việc
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT hardware (computers, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, projectors…). - Support basic administration of Active Directory, File Services, Wi-Fi networks, CCTV, factory systems… - Provide timely technical support and assistance (Helpdesk) to office and production users. - Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and software licenses. - Collaborate effectively within the team, document technical issues, and provide regular reports. - Willingness to work overtime or support on-call when required to ensure production continuity. - Preference will be given to candidates with Helpdesk experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin. - Có kiến thức cơ bản về máy tính, mạng máy tính, Windows, và Microsoft Office. - Có kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và lập báo cáo cơ bản. - Sẵn sàng làm thêm giờ khi cần. - Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản. - Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm Helpdesk và sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Excel. - Ưu tiên ứng viên ở gần KCN Nhật Bản – Hải Phòng.
