- Work directly with clients and the project team to collect, analyze, and define requirements for Web App systems. - Support technical direction for the project, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality. - Create, review, and approve requirement definition documents, specifications, wireframes, etc. - Organize and facilitate meetings between the Vietnamese team and Japanese clients. - Explain and communicate project requirements and objectives to the technical team in Vietnam. - Support product testing, evaluate deliverables, and propose improvements. - Report progress and issues to the management and clients. - 顧客およびプロジェクトチームと直接連携し、Web Appシステムの要件を収集・分析・定義する。 - プロジェクトの技術的方向性をサポートし、範囲・スケジュール・品質を確保する。 - 要件定義書、仕様書、ワイヤーフレーム等の作成・レビュー・承認。 - ベトナムチームと日本の得意先との会議を企画・調整。 - 技術チームに要件やプロジェクトの目的を説明・共有する。 - 製品テストの支援、開発成果物の評価および改善提案。 - 経営層およびクライアントへの進捗・課題報告。 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ - Performance review: Once a year (November) - Hybrid working: 4 times a month - Bonus: 13th month salary + Project Bonus - Paid leave: 14 days a year - Overtime Work: full overtime pay every month (if have) - Activities: Company trip, Team building party, Year end party, etc... - Devices: 1 Macbook Pro + 2 Dell Monitor (Window user: laptop Lenovo core i7) - Working hour: Monday to Friday (checkin flexibly from 8AM to 9AM) - Health care: Health check-up (once a year) - Transportation: allowances bus/train/plain ticket for Tet holiday - Lunch: 1.000.000VND/month - Insurance: Comprehensive social insurance support. Yêu cầu công việc
- 5+ years of experience as System Director, Project Manager, or similar role. - Experience in requirement definition and project management for Web/App development. - Knowledge of web technologies (PHP, JavaScript, Vue.js, or equivalent). - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain issues clearly and in an easy-to-understand manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Proven experience and skills in working effectively between Vietnamese and Japanese teams (understanding cultural differences and work processes). - Ability to create and review estimations, and propose optimal implementation approaches. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - High sense of responsibility, leadership, and teamwork. - Experience working in offshore development projects in Vietnam is a plus. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - System Director、PM等の職種で5年以上の経験 - Web/App開発における要件定義・プロジェクト管理の経験 - PHP、JavaScript、Vue.js等のWeb技術に関する知識 - 技術者・非技術者の両方に対して、分かりやすく明確に説明できるコミュニケーション力 - ベトナムと日本のチーム間で効果的に協働した経験とスキル（文化や業務プロセスの違いを理解していること） - 見積の作成・レビューができ、最適な実施方法を提案できる能力 - 分析力、問題解決力、迅速な意思決定力 - 高い責任感、リーダーシップ、チームワーク - ベトナムでのオフショア開発経験者優遇.
