- Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web applications using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks. - Build and integrate backend services and APIs to support business workflows. - Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces using Vue.js. - Customize, extend, and integrate systems with ERP platforms (Odoo is a strong plus). - Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture design. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues when required.

* Must Have - 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role. - Strong experience with Python (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI). - Solid experience with Vue.js (Vue 3). - Good understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and web application design. - Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL). - Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+). - Familiar with Git and collaborative development workflows. - Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Nice to Have (Strong Advantages) - Hands-on experience with Odoo (development, customization, module building). - Experience in ERP, CRM, or large internal management systems. - Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms. - Experience working in large-scale systems or companies with 500+ employees. - Understanding of real estate, sales, or enterprise business workflows.
