Mission: The IT Engineer will manage the various IT tools of the relevant department and the associated data. He/she will: - Ensure the technical deployment of the project and the implementation of user support actions: deploy the new application or service, organize maintenance,participate in user training and organize user support - Identify and correct all inconsistencies and technical malfunctions, measure the quality level of the tools developed, as well as their ability to meet user needs expressed during the specification phase - Within the budget, participate in the deployment of the project within the framework of the defined rules, objectives and deadlines (methods, management tools, indicators...), measure the progress (creation of dashboards, choice of indicators...). - Participate in defining and framing functional requirements in close collaboration with the functional project owner; write the general and detailed specifications of the project, and alert to risks that may arise during implementation - Define a roadmap for the deployment and improvement of IT tools in line with the strategy of the Management within its scope
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in Information technology or related field; - 3+ year experience in manufacturing factory - Good communication in both English & Vietnamese - Knowledge in Frech or Chinese is a plus.
