Có xe đưa đón Thái Nguyên - Hà Nội 1. Job Purpose Lead the business analysis, operation and continuous improvement of the MES across manufacturing sites of Aluko Group. The role is the bridge between shop-floor users (Production, QC, Purchasing, Maintenance, Shipment) and the MES team: translating manufacturing requirements into functional specifications, ensuring stable MES operation and MES–SAP integration, and leading an internal MES team. 2. Duties and Responsibilities - MES operation & change management – Own MES operational support, documentation and change management for all manufacturing sites; maintain process maps, functional specs, SOP, user manuals and master data rules. - Requirement analysis – Collect, analyze and challenge requirements from stakeholders; perform gap analysis and process mapping; develop Functional Specifications based on requirements and recipe design. - Change request lifecycle – Control CR from intake to closure: impact assessment, effort estimation, approval, release and post-release review. - Qualification & UAT – Develop test scripts, UAT Plans and UAT Summary Reports; lead UAT with key users through to sign-off. - Technical support – Troubleshoot and resolve MES issues affecting production, including MES ↔ SAP interface and IoT/PLC data collection. - System monitoring – Monitor application performance and functional anomalies; perform remedy actions to recover and drive root-cause analysis and permanent countermeasures. - Team leadership – Guide team members in enhancing technical and analytical capability; allocate workload and review deliverables. - Reporting & roll-out – Report progress, issues and system KPIs to PI management; support MES roll-out and adoption at other sites; propose digitalization initiatives (traceability, paperless, OEE, dashboard).
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems (MIS) or a related discipline. - Minimum 5 years in the related fields, including leading, coordinating or mentoring a BA / technical MES team. - Strong requirement gathering, gap analysis, process mapping and functional specification writing; experience coordinating UAT. - Strong hands-on SQL skills - able to write queries, joins and stored procedures independently on SQL Server and/or Oracle for data investigation and issue analysis; experience with C#.Net or JavaScript is an advantage. - Hands-on experience in manufacturing platforms related to ERP/SAP, MES, MOM; implementation of shop-floor applications including ERP integration and machine/equipment integration. - Advanced time management, ability to prioritize and manage expectations; good interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work independently for extended periods and in a collaborative, cross-functional and multi-cultural environment. - English: able to communicate in basic spoken English.
