The position has no identified indirect reports, while its typical direct reports are not specified. Internally, the ERP Executive interacts with all users. External relationships include GIT and other service and software partners. Work takes place in both office and factory environments. The role involves frequent interaction with end users and IT equipment and may The ERP Executive is expected to: Provide timely and effective technical support so that the system runs smoothly each day. Train users on updated system technologies on schedule. Set up new users and manage system authorizations. Work with ERP and IT sites to apply and implement new functions or systems that meet business requirements. Cooperate with GIT to provide solutions and resolve problems in accordance with the service-level agreement. Maintain data management integrity.
Yêu cầu công việc
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field. Good knowledge of ERP systems, including systems operating in production and in other departments. Familiarity with ERP D365, Microsoft Office 365, and other systems, including RESQ, HMES, QMS, and FR. A strong understanding of core business processes such as logistics, finance, procurement, and manufacturing. Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users. The ability to work independently and collaboratively. A willingness to learn new technologies and support users effectively.
