About the Role We are looking for a System Analyst / Technical Project Manager to translate product and system requirements into clear functional components and coordinate the development process from planning to delivery. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who can bridge business requirements and software development while working closely with programmers to deliver practical solutions. Key Responsibilities - Understand product, project, and system objectives and requirements. - Break down high-level requirements into clear functional components and actionable development tasks. - Define and communicate functional requirements to the programming team. - Coordinate programmers and track development progress to ensure timely delivery. - Work closely with the team to identify and resolve functional or technical issues during implementation. - Support consistent development processes and coding standards within the team. Technical Environment Frontend - Vue.js / HTML5 / Bootstrap / DevExtreme JavaScript Framework Backend - Python 3 / CherryPy / SQLAlchemy / Redis

Requirements - English: Good communication skills. English CVs/resumes only. - Technical Background: Experience with Python and modern frontend development. - System Analysis: Ability to understand both functional and technical aspects of software systems. - Requirement Breakdown: Ability to translate high-level requirements into clear development tasks. - Team Coordination: Experience working with or coordinating programmers/software developers. - Development Process: Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and development workflows. - Soft Skills: Strong communication, coordination, ownership, and problem-solving skills. - Experience or knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus. Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience as a System Analyst, Technical Project Manager, Technical Lead, Software Engineer, or similar technical role. - Hands-on experience with Python-based backend systems. - Experience with Vue.js, React, or other modern JavaScript frameworks. - Experience coordinating software development from requirement analysis through implementation and delivery.
