OVERVIEW We are looking for a tech-savvy Intern to act as a bridge between the Customer Care Center (CCC) and Product/IT teams. This role focuses on applying AI solutions, workflow automation, and building internal tools to enhance operational efficiency, improve SLA performance, and enable data-driven decision-making. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. AI & Workflow Automation Assist in building and optimizing automated workflows for CCC using tools such as n8n, AI, and chatbots Apply AI/chatbot solutions to improve customer service processes and operational efficiency 2. Data & Dashboard Collect, consolidate, and clean data from multiple sources (CRM, Customer Service, Sales) Develop and maintain operational dashboards (SLA, ticket volume, CSAT, productivity metrics) 3. CRM & Internal Tools Support CRM workflow optimization and enhancements Design and develop simple internal tools (dashboards, monitoring tools, mini CRM systems) Create wireframes or prototypes using tools like Figma 4. Business - Tech Coordination Translate business requirements from CCC into data logic, workflows, and functional specifications Coordinate with Product/IT teams during implementation, testing, and optimization

3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates in IT, Data, Business, or related fields Basic knowledge of data handling (Excel, SQL, or BI tools) Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., n8n) or willingness to learn Interest in AI, chatbots, and automation technologies Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills Good communication skills, able to work with both business and technical teams English: Intermediate (reading and basic communication)
