We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager who can both set the technology direction for the company and stay close to execution — including leading our ongoing ERP/MES rollout from the ground up — ensuring our IT systems and infrastructure reliably support the business as it scales across our head office and factories. - Coordinate and oversee the activities of the IT Team. - Ensure the company's IT infrastructure operates smoothly, efficiently, and securely. - Develop and implement the company's technology strategy. - Supervise and drive execution of the company's technology projects. - Manage and monitor information systems to ensure uninterrupted operation in accordance with SLAs. - Recommend software applications suited to business operations; oversee user training and manage the effective use of these applications to support business performance. - Develop the IT operating budget and manage its utilization, ensuring all activities are carried out within the approved budget. - Other duties as assigned by the BOD.

- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, or a related field. - More than 5 years of experience in a management/managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills. - Solid understanding of business processes and hands-on experience implementing systems such as ERP, MES, SAP S/4HANA, DMS, CRM, WMS, e-Commerce, etc. - Experience as a Project Manager on ERP/MES projects is a plus. - Working experience in a Korean company is a priority. - Knowledge of Cloud computing, virtualization, security, and data storage/backup & recovery technologies. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills for both software and systems issues. - Ability to communicate effectively with BOD and colleagues - English: Good proficiency – Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing. - Working time: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday – Friday, plus 2 Saturdays/month
