[HCM] Data Analyst Executive (Marketing Customer Member)

Primary Objective: - Exploit company data and data from Membership program, perform organizational requirements, organize and query data according to job requirements Key Activities: - Analyze and leverage data to support marketing strategies, performance tracking, and cross-functional projects, while ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting team activities as needed. - Build and optimize data platforms and systems (e.g., Power BI) to enhance work efficiency, enabling faster reporting and real-time tracking. - Derive insights from data and collaborate with the Event team to follow up on campaigns, track performance metrics, and evaluate effectiveness. Roles and responsibilities: - Analyze, evaluate data sources to develop, deploy and operate solutions for companies based on big data platforms - Cooperate with other departments (Customer service, Operations, Merchandising) for jobs related to data analysis and query data - Participate in Mobile App projects to improve and analyze CSTM behavior & advise for MKT action - Cooperate with IT Team, COM & Digital team, Strategic team to provide appropriate data and collect necessary data - Monthly/Quarterly statistics and reports of company performance based on collected data - Build up Report template which approriate with Company or Marketing report - Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed - Contribute to develop marketing plans and strategies - Evaluate marketing campaigns by collecting data from customers

- University graduated with the major of Marketing, Business, Technology, Data Analyst, Finance Analyst - Minimum 2-3 year of related experience - Having experience in E-commerce platform, retail or Membership management is preferred - Good Excel, Power point skills - Have experience working in Big Data projects, BI projects, CRM projects - Good Data analyst, Chart presentation - Good command of spoken and written English - Good planning, organizing and time-management skills - Good relationship management
