Job Purpose Responsible for ensuring the quality of data products, BI solutions, and AI/ML initiatives through a combination of data testing expertise, test automation, and AI-enabled quality practices. The role works closely with business and technical teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design and execute test plans for Data Platforms, Data Warehouses, Data Marts, BI reports, Data APIs, and AI/ML solutions. Perform data validation, ETL/ELT testing, source-to-target reconciliation, and data migration testing. Ensure data quality across accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, and validity. Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. Leverage AI tools and AI Agents to generate test cases, test data, identify defects, and improve testing efficiency. Review SQL queries, data transformation logic, and support root cause analysis for data issues. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, Developers, and Product Owners to ensure business requirements are properly validated. Monitor production data quality and investigate data-related incidents.

Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Engineering. Hands-on experience using SQL within the last 6 months, with strong ability to validate and analyze data. Experience in test automation and applying AI tools in testing activities. Experience with AI Agent Testing is a strong advantage. Understanding of data platforms, ETL/ELT processes, and data quality concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Data, Analytics, AI, or Digital Transformation projects. Familiarity with Python, Data Testing tools, or modern testing frameworks. Experience in Agile delivery environments.
