About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Application Architecture & DevOps Engineer to support the design, deployment and continuous improvement of enterprise applications across on-premises and cloud environments. The role sits at the intersection of application architecture, deployment automation, infrastructure and middleware, working closely with development and delivery teams to establish reliable and secure technology practices. You will also have the opportunity to participate in an AI-driven Agent development initiative, gaining exposure to emerging technologies while working on enterprise-scale systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design and evolve application architecture for enterprise systems deployed across private infrastructure and public cloud platforms. - Assess different deployment models and recommend appropriate approaches, including virtual machines, containers and Kubernetes. - Develop and optimize CI/CD workflows, reusable pipeline components and deployment standards to improve release efficiency and reliability. - Set up, configure and maintain web/application middleware such as Nginx, Apache HTTP Server and Tomcat. - Apply security best practices across application environments, including TLS configuration, secure routing, secrets management, access control and least-privilege principles. - Establish technical standards and reusable patterns for application deployment and operational environments. - Create and maintain technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), deployment instructions and operational runbooks. - Work closely with Software Engineering, QA, Product and Operations teams throughout the application delivery lifecycle. - Troubleshoot deployment and environment-related issues and contribute to improving system stability. - Participate in the development of an AI Agent-based solution and related technology initiatives.

- Hands-on experience designing and implementing application architectures in on-premises and/or public cloud environments. - Practical experience with modern CI/CD and DevOps practices, using tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo CD/GitOps or comparable technologies. - Experience working with one or more enterprise middleware technologies, such as Nginx, Apache HTTP Server or Apache Tomcat. - Experience deploying applications using one or more of the following environments: + Linux / physical or virtual servers + Public cloud + Docker / containers + Kubernetes - Familiarity with software and container artifact repositories, including technologies such as Nexus, Harbor or Docker Registry. - Good understanding of Linux administration and basic networking concepts, including DNS, HTTP/HTTPS and TLS. - Ability to work effectively with software developers and cross-functional technical teams. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, delivery-oriented mindset. - Intermediate English communication skills, particularly in speaking and technical discussions.
