- Receive and resolve technical support requests from users, and provide guidance on the use of software applications and hardware devices. - Install, configure, and maintain hardware devices such as computers and printers. - Monitor and manage the company’s IT assets. - Monitor network and software system operations to identify and promptly resolve technical issues. - Prepare reports on incidents and support requests for submission to the IT Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. - At least 1 year of experience in a similar position. - Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, network protocols, and related concepts. - Good knowledge of security and information security, including attack prevention techniques, risk assessment, and information security incident response. - Able to use either English or Chinese for work.
