■ Recruitment • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. • Work closely with IT Sales and Technical teams to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment plans. • Source and attract qualified IT candidates, especially IT Infrastructure / Network Engineers. • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. • Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes. ■ Recruitment Planning • Develop recruitment plans based on business and hiring needs. • Establish effective recruitment workflows and sourcing channels. • Propose recruitment strategies and budgets to management. • Monitor recruitment progress and provide recruitment-related advice to management. ■ HR Support • Support initiatives related to company culture, internal communication, and employee retention. • Contribute ideas to improve employees' working experience and engagement.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3–5+ years of experience in IT Recruitment or a similar role. • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. • English: Upper-intermediate level. • Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision. • Demonstrated ownership of recruitment activities and a results orientation.
