Receive customer requests via Jira, email, and support channels. Directly resolve task tickets or categorize by priority level and forward to the relevant teams for support. Supports user management and device list management within the software. Verify and confirm the device configuration after setup to ensure data integrity. Inspect meter readings and device status on the portal cross-check reported figures against system records, and document any discrepancies for escalation. Guide users, manage LAN and Wi-Fi network connections, and configure VPNs based on existing documentation. Perform smoke tests based on checklists after deployments to test and production environments. Report test results and log identified issues into Jira. Draft and update end-user instructions in the User Manual Document resolution steps for resolved ticket types to build operational runbooks

Education & Experience: Degree in IT, Electronics & Telecom, Automation, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience Strong verbal communication and drafting skills in both Vietnamese and English. Databases & APIs: Basic SQL (SELECT, WHERE, ORDER BY, time filtering), basic MongoDB (find), REST API & JSON fundamentals, and willingness to learn Postman. Networking Fundamentals: Practical knowledge of IP, DNS, Ports, Firewalls, VPN, and Wi-Fi sufficient to explain to end-users. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Ticketing & Logs: Hands-on experience with Jira (or similar ticketing platforms) and familiarity with log visualization tools (Grafana, Kibana) Reading comprehension of JavaScript / TypeScript code is a plus.
