Purpose of the Role: The IT Manager is accountable for the reliable, secure, and compliant operation of the company’s IT environment, including infrastructure, cloud services, workplace technology, and systems supporting manufacturing and regulated business processes. The role ensures effective user support, cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity, while leading the local IT team, technology investments, vendors, and alignment with HQ IT to deliver solutions that improve operational performance and enable business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Identifying business needs and translating them into technology solutions based on business value, risk, compliance, security, and available resources • Develop and manage annual and multi-year IT investment plans and budgets • Ensuring the availability and proper operation of network, server, cloud, and infrastructure • Overseeing Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, VMware, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks, servers, endpoints, and local IT services • Lead user support, incident resolution, escalation, and SLA performance • Maintain and test IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans for IT systems • Manage cybersecurity, access controls, data protection, and security incident response • Support and improve IT systems for manufacturing, quality, laboratories, and document management • Manage IT vendors, contracts, costs, service levels, and delivery quality • Lead the local IT team and ensure effective collaboration with HQ IT teams
Yêu cầu công việc
• University degree in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field • Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years leading an IT function or team • Experience in manufacturing is required; experience in pharmaceuticals or another regulated industry is preferred • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, networking, servers, endpoints, virtualization, backup, recovery, and cloud security • Knowledge of VMware, backup, restore, and disaster recovery principles • Knowledge of cybersecurity, identity and access management, and data protection • High level of accountability, reliability, and results orientation • Professional English for communication with HQ, vendors, and technical teams Why join us? • Regional exposure in a multinational environment. • Opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. • Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and strong career development opportunities.
