Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficiently and timely IT services, include but not limit to: manage IT appliance and equipment plan provide orientation, users guide and helpdesk service monitor the utilizing of Napas, E-Tax, Citad, VCB Money… develop and maintain the normal operation of branch network, SBV’s connection, infrastructure, core banking, and internal bank systems… Handle and resolve system issue and trouble; Be in charge of regular/non-regular IT report to State Bank of Vietnam (SBV), and Head Office in Korea Ensure complying with internal policies, laws and regulations of SBV or competent authority…during operation of IT department; Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

At least 2 years of experience in IT helpdesk, report, and operation… especially banking industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in IT or related major Good command of English Ability to comprehend and work with IT-related legal documents; strong knowledge of laws and regulations regarding Information System Security Be careful, dependable, truthful, dedicated and teamwork spirit
