- Department: GMD-IT - Reports to: IT Team leader/ Board of Director Job Purpose Responsible for designing, implementing, and operating digitalization and automation solutions across the company's business ecosystem (subsidiaries and functional departments), leveraging AI, AI Agents, and Microsoft platforms to optimize operations, with a particular focus on the logistics sector. Key Responsibilities • Responsible for implementing or expanding WMS/TMS/OMS – related systems. • Assess and analyse current business processes across departments/subsidiaries within the ecosystem to identify opportunities for digitalization and automation. • Design and implement process automation solutions built on Microsoft platforms (Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI; Microsoft 365; Azure). • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technology partners, and vendors to ensure solutions align with operational realities and business objectives. • Train and support internal users on new tools and systems; develop user guides and standard operating procedures. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and propose continuous improvements.

Experience • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in digitalization, process automation, digital transformation, or technology application in business operations. • Proven track record of direct involvement in AI and digitalization projects with concrete deliverables/results (experience in logistics/supply chain applications strongly preferred). • WMS/TMS/OMS implementation. Education & Professional Certifications • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field. • Relevant professional certifications are a strong advantage, such as: o Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect / Developer Associate o Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Automate certifications o Certifications in AI/Machine Learning o Project management WMS/TMS/OMS – related systems are a plus Technical Knowledge & Skills • Best hands-on Java, Nodejs, Python, API, SQL structure, EDI, REST/GraphQL, Spring(Java).. • Expertise with the Microsoft ecosystem: Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), Microsoft 365, Azure (Azure AI/Cognitive Services preferred). • Practical knowledge and experience with AI Agents and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or other AI Agent development frameworks) as advantage • Knowledge of logistics operations (warehouse management, transportation, supply chain, import/export documentation) is a strong advantage. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business problems into technology solutions. • Project management skills and experience coordinating across multiple departments/partners. Language Requirements • Mandarin Chinese: professional working proficiency (HSK 4/5 communication and reading of technical/business documents). • English: Communication Soft Skills • Proactive with a strong drive to learn new technologies. • Problem-solving mindset with creativity in proposing solutions. • Strong presentation and stakeholder-influencing skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments/subsidiaries.
