[Job Summary] Focuses on ensuring the stability and performance of production process systems, servers, and network equipment through continuous inspection and emergency remote troubleshooting (No software development/coding required). 1. Key Responsibilities - Infrastructure Inspection: Regular health checks and status monitoring of server and network equipment. - Incident Diagnosis & Support: Fast diagnosis of system issues and clear troubleshooting guidance for on-site shift workers. - Emergency Response (Critical): Immediate remote support and emergency response during unexpected failures (night shifts, weekends, or holidays). 2. Qualifications - Technical Understanding: Solid foundational knowledge and understanding of PC/server hardware and network equipment. - Emergency Agility: High reliability and willingness to handle urgent, unscheduled system issues outside of standard working hours. - Communication Skills: Ability to deliver clear, actionable instructions to on-site personnel during system disruptions. 3. Detailed Experience / Preferences - Understanding and hands-on management experience in server hardware, storage systems, and network equipment. - No programming/coding skills required. Top priority given to candidate's infrastructure management skills and issue-resolution capabilities.
