- IT Infrastructure + Server/compute platforms (Windows/Linux) management + Virtualization and system provisioning + Storage (NAS/SAN) and capacity/performance management + Database management (app servers, middleware, relevant DB layer per scope) + Monitoring & alerting (availability, performance, capacity) + Backup/Restore and DR readiness + Maintenance planning and lifecycle management - IT Security + Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of security system + Vulnerability remediation and patch execution (server/infra) + Incident response + Change management compliance (ticketing, approvals, rollback plan, post-change validation) + Documentation & evidence readiness for audits
Yêu cầu công việc
■ Major - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT ■ Preferred Qualifications - Windows Server administration; basic Linux administration preferred - Virtualization: provisioning, performance, troubleshooting - Core services concepts: AD basics, DNS/DHCP fundamentals - Monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix/PRTG/SCOM/Grafana/others) - Backup concepts (jobs, restore validation, retention basics) - Patch management methods (WSUS/SCCM/3rd party tools) - Working knowledge of networking concepts (VLAN, routing fundamentals, firewall request process) - Manufacturing/production environment experience is strongly preferred
