Manage and maintain company software systems, including ERP, email, attendance, fax, and CCTV systems. Administer, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot the ERP system to ensure stable operations. Study and deploy ERP standard functions; provide user training, guidance, and ongoing support. Communicate and coordinate system updates, changes, and new functions to users. Troubleshoot IT/software issues and coordinate with vendors or contractors when required. Develop and customize software applications to support business and production requirements. Maintain accurate and secure ERP data, documents, templates, and confidential information. Manage software risks, IT operations, software development, and office applications. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot PC software; maintain IT equipment and software checklists. Coordinate with vendors for software procurement, maintenance, and annual contract renewals. Support employee onboarding activities, including fingerprint registration. Ensure compliance with CTPAT, intellectual property, software licensing, and IT security requirements. Address IT-related audit findings and maintain required IT documents and training records.
