Địa chỉ: Khu công nghiệp Cái Mép, phường Tân Phước, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (trước đây là tỉnh Bà Rịa Vũng Tàu) Khoảng cách: xấp xỉ 80 km (xuất phát từ Cầu Sài Gòn – cao tốc Long Thành – Công ty TNHH Hóa chất AGC Việt Nam) Objective of the Position • Lead and manage the IT Department to provide reliable, secure and efficient technology services that support business objectives and manufacturing operations. • Oversee the ERP/SAP system, business applications, digital platforms and IT infrastructure to ensure stable operation, continuous improvement and effective user support. • Drive digital transformation, process automation, IT governance and cybersecurity; ensure risk management, data backup and disaster recovery, and business continuity; and deliver IT projects in alignment with the direction of the Company and the AGC Group. • Lead and manage the IT Department to provide reliable, secure and efficient technology services that support business objectives and manufacturing operations. • Oversee ERP/SAP, business applications, digital platforms and IT infrastructure to ensure stable operation, continuous improvement and effective user support. • Drive digital transformation, process automation, cybersecurity compliance, IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, backup/DR, business continuity practices and project execution in alignment with company and Group requirements. Major Responsibilities • IT Leadership and Service Management: Lead IT service delivery and user support to ensure reliable services. • ERP/SAP and Core Business Applications Management: Oversee ERP/SAP, business applications, reporting solutions and related support to ensure effective business operations. • IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Business Continuity: Manage infrastructure, cybersecurity, backup and continuity readiness • Digital Transformation and Technology Projects: Drive automation, digital initiatives, process improvement and IT projects from planning to implementation. • IT Governance, Roadmap, Budget and Vendor Management: Manage governance, roadmap, budget, procurement and vendor performance. • People Development and Team Capability: Develop IT team capability, a service mindset and internal ownership.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. • Professional certification in IT governance or project management is an advantage. Knowledge / Skills: • Strong knowledge of ERP/SAP, enterprise applications, Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT service management and digital technologies. • Leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project, vendor and budget management skills. • Business-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions. Foreign Language: Advanced English proficiency in all skills. Work Experience: • Minimum of 7 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role. • Hands-on experience in ERP/SAP implementation, roll-out, support or enhancement, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment. • Experience in cybersecurity compliance, IT projects, digital transformation, vendor management and process improvement is preferred Professional Attributes: • High integrity and a strong sense of accountability. • Proactive and results-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset. • Collaborative, open-minded and respectful of diverse perspectives. • Willingness to travel and work at the plant and head office.
