The Head of Cybersecurity, Technology Risk & Resilience owns the bank’s cybersecurity, technology risk, AI security and resilience agenda, protecting customer information, technology assets, and critical services. The role owns cyber defence, security architecture and control frameworks, technology risk oversight, and cyber resilience, and represents the function with executive governance, auditors, regulators, and the Board. It enables secure innovation by embedding security-by-design into architecture, software delivery, and operating processes. Responsibilities • Define the cybersecurity, technology risk, and cyber-resilience strategy aligned with the bank’s risk appetite, RBI expectations, and regulatory requirements • Govern security architecture and controls across identity and access, data protection, cloud, applications, APIs, infrastructure, endpoints, and third party software • Lead cyber defence, including SOC operations, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, incident response and forensic coordination • Establish technology risk and control assurance across applications, infrastructure, cloud and third parties, and drive timely remediation • Lead cyber-resilience testing and crisis simulations, coordinating recovery with Technology Operations and business-continuity teams • Embed security-by-design, DevSecOps, and AI security controls into architecture, software delivery, and model lifecycle management • Report risk and control effectiveness to executive and Board forums

• Deep expertise in enterprise cybersecurity, security architecture and technology risk management within regulated financial services • Strong knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust and security capabilities including IAM, DLP, SOC, cloud, application and API security • Expertise in GRC, third-party risk, control assurance, cyber incident management, crisis response and operational resilience • Working knowledge of Indian banking expectations relating to cybersecurity, data protection, outsourcing and technology resilience • Working knowledge of AI security, GenAI risk, model governance, prompt injection defence, and responsible AI controls • 20+ years of experience across cybersecurity, information security or technology risk, including senior leadership experience in banking or regulated financial services • Proven experience leading security operations, security architecture, technology-risk governance and cyber-resilience programs • Demonstrated success securing digital, API, cloud and core-platform transformations and managing significant cyber incidents • Experience securing AI, GenAI, or ML-enabled platforms in regulated environments, with ownership of model-risk and control frameworks • Experience engaging executive and Board stakeholders, regulators, auditors and strategic security partners • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security or a related discipline • Relevant professional certifications in cybersecurity, technology risk or information-security management preferred
