As a Microsoft Presales Engineer (M365 & AI), you will work with Microsoft technologies to develop solutions for enterprise customers, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Modern Work, and AI solutions. You will work closely with Microsoft, customers, Sales, and internal technical teams to understand business needs, design suitable solutions, and support customers throughout the solution journey. This is a customer-facing technical role, combining solution development, consulting, presentations, workshops, and hands-on technical work. Responsibilities: Develop and advise on Microsoft 365, Modern Work, and AI solutions for enterprise customers. Work with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Microsoft solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations, workshops, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Work with Microsoft, Sales, and internal teams to design and adapt solutions for customer requirements. Explore new Microsoft technologies and turn them into practical solutions for FTI customers. Support solution deployment and provide technical guidance throughout projects. Keep learning and sharing knowledge about Microsoft 365, AI, Security, and related technologies.

Must-have Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. Experience working with Microsoft 365 and/or Modern Work solutions. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot. Experience with Copilot Studio or Power Platform. Experience in customer-facing technical consulting, implementation, or solution delivery. Good presentation and communication skills; comfortable conducting workshops and technical discussions. Good English communication skills. Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies. Nice-to-have Azure AI Foundry or Generative AI solutions. Python or other programming languages. AI Agent, RAG, or LLM-based solutions. Microsoft Security, Zero Trust, or Security solutions. Microsoft Purview, Entra, or Defender. Microsoft Security Copilot. Experience working with enterprise customers on digital transformation or cloud projects. Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MD-102, AI-102, AZ-104, or other relevant certifications. You are not expected to have experience with all of the technologies above. Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, AI Security, Purview, Entra, Defender, or Security Copilot can be further developed after joining FTI.
