As a Product Owner at Xipat, you will take an active role throughout the entire product journey - from uncovering real customer problems and identifying new product opportunities to shaping solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and measuring impact after launch. This role is ideal for a product professional with experience building technology products and is eager to deepen their expertise in E-commerce SaaS, Shopify Apps, and global markets. You will have the opportunity to work on meaningful product challenges, influence product direction, and create measurable value for global merchants. Product Discovery Conduct market, competitor, user behavior, and E-commerce/Shopify Apps trend research to identify customer pain points and product development opportunities. Collect, consolidate, and analyze insights from customers, Customer Support, Marketing, product usage data, and other relevant sources. Product Planning & Prioritization Participate in defining product direction and development plans for each stage. Build, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on user value, business objectives, product data, and technical feasibility. Define MVP scope, success metrics, and criteria for evaluating feature performance. Product Delivery Translate user problems and needs into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows, wireframes, or prototypes. Work closely with Developers and Testers to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and ensure that the team clearly understands the problems to be solved. Monitor development progress, review the product before release, and ensure the quality of deliverables. Product Launch & Optimization Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Support throughout the feature launch process to communicate the product value accurately and prepare supporting materials for customers. Track relevant product metrics and analyze post-release results to identify underlying causes and propose further improvement initiatives. AI-Assisted Product Workflow Apply AI to market research, competitor analysis, feedback synthesis, requirement writing, prototype development, and Product workflow automation.

Must have: At least 1 year of experience as a Product Owner, Product Executive, Product Marketing Executive, or in another role directly involved in technology product development; experience in E-commerce or SaaS is preferred. Strong product thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze requirements, create PRDs, user stories, wireframes/specifications, and manage product backlogs. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and managing work progress. Good understanding of E-commerce, including how online stores operate and generate sales; knowledge and hands-on experience in managing Facebook Ads or Google Ads. Proficiency in English for professional communication. Nice to have: Experience in E-commerce, Shopify, or Digital Advertising. Experience applying AI to automate work processes. Strong interest in technology, with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
