1. Delivery & Project Management Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and quality standards Define project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively Ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes and performance 2. ODC Operations Management Manage ODC teams, including resource planning, hiring, onboarding, and scaling Oversee team productivity, performance, and output quality Establish clear workflows, governance models, and reporting structures Ensure efficient utilization of resources and cost optimization 3. Stakeholder & Client Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly and proactively Align expectations and ensure high client satisfaction Handle escalations and drive resolution effectively 4. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and coach team members to improve performance and capability Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous feedback Foster a proactive, accountable, and high-performance team culture 5. Risk & Issue Management Identify potential risks early and take corrective actions Ensure quick response and resolution to issues without impacting delivery Maintain high availability and responsiveness to project needs.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, or similar leadership roles. Proven experience managing Offshore Development Center (ODC) or distributed development teams. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience managing multiple projects, cross-functional teams, and client stakeholders. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. High sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capabilities. Preferred: Experience working with enterprise clients. Technical background in Software Development, QA, or DevOps. Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
