UA & creative analytics: Track CPI, ROAS, and creative performance across channels and campaigns. A/B testing: Design experiments, calculate sample size, define guardrail metrics, and interpret results, partnering with product and marketing teams. User segmentation: Build and maintain user segments and ensure consistent segment definitions across teams. Personalization analytics: Evaluate the impact of personalized offers, content, and difficulty across user segments; identify which segments respond best to which strategies. Dashboards & BI: Build and maintain dashboards on our BI system so stakeholders can access trusted metrics without waiting on ad-hoc requests. Cross-team collaboration: Translate numbers into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences.
