Female developers are welcome. Language Skill Communication: Strong professional communication for accurate reporting, contacting, and consulting. Documentation: Ability to read and write highly precise technical specifications without ambiguity. Technical Skill Programming: C/C++ Language (Core proficiency for stable, standard-compliant coding). Engineering: Basic Design, Detailed Design, System Implementation, and Evidence-backed Testing.
