1. Business outputs - Participate in building and implementation of the Company’s Transformation Strategy, Digital Projects and Initiatives - Set up, continuously maintain & enhance facility for selling Insurance Products via digital channels - Work closely with other related divisions to create, implement & maintain digital sales & service process - Create digital solutions that are targeted at company existing customers, prospects, as well as new customer segmentations - Continually offer new, fresh and innovative ideas and solutions to maximize digital business resources 1. Management: - Support management of Digital Business Development operation - Support to set up, update & implement the division guideline, processes - Train, coach and develop junior employees to build up a strong team - Closely monitor related parties, functions to make sure all Digital activities aligned with the timeline - Track completion and ensure quality of project deliverables 2. Others - Timely complete the reports as required by line manager - Other project management works as assigned by line manager

QUALIFICATIONS: -University degree in computer science or relevant fields; Master degree is preferred. - Developer certifications is a plus - English fluency. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: - Programming languages: - NodeJS/Javascript - PHP - C# - Programming frameworks: - ExpressJS, React or equivalent - Laravel or equivalent -.NET Framework/.NET Core - Good knowledge of design patterns and tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality of the work. -Good business mind-set is a plus EXPERIENCE: - At least 4 years’ experience in developing digital systems and integration with other systems via API connection (Restful, SOAP) - Experience in developing e-commerce systems is a plus
