Own squad delivery commitments. Facilitate sprint planning to establish clear sprint goals and scope commitments (“what/when”), validate readiness and capacity, track commitment health daily, and drive timely re-planning when necessary to protect delivery predictability. Run backlog refinement effectively. Plan and facilitate refinement sessions with the Product Manager and the team, ensure stories meet Definition of Ready, coach on slicing, acceptance criteria, and estimability, and maintain a healthy ready backlog that supports reliable commitments. Manage and communicate delivery commitment changes. Detect change drivers early (scope shifts, risks, dependency changes), facilitate re-commitment discussions with Product Manager and the squad, document “why/when” clearly, and communicate impacts transparently to stakeholders. Lead cross-squad dependency management. Identify and track dependencies impacting squad delivery, drive follow-ups with owners in other squads, and escalate unresolved risks early to ensure dependencies do not surprise or block committed work. Own onboarding into squad context. Maintain onboarding checklists and run onboarding sessions for new squad members on Everfit ways of working, Scrum flow, Jira boards, ceremonies, and squad norms to accelerate productivity. Coordinate delivery-impacting blocker/incidents. When blockers/incidents affect sprint delivery, facilitate triage and prioritization, ensure incident work is visible and tracked, drive post-incident reviews, and re-plan commitments with minimal disruption. Drive process change and continuous improvement. Identify workflow bottlenecks through retros and delivery data, propose and run improvement experiments, coach adoption, and standardize successful practices within the squad and across squads when applicable

A minimum of 2+ years of experience in software project management. Proficiency in applying the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies. Familiarity with software development processes for Web and Mobile applications. Strong understanding of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including the definition of done, user stories, and backlog refinement. Expertise in using Jira and other tracking tools to effectively manage sprint development. Excellent communication and servant leadership skills to motivate and guide teams. Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with the capacity to analyze and resolve issues quickly. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and workflows. Self-motivation and focus, even in dynamic or distracting environments. Adaptability to change, with an open mindset and strong teamwork spirit. Experience in engaging with customers to understand requirements and constructively evaluate their feasibility. Capability to work collaboratively with and lead a team effectively. Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and communication skills. Proficiency in communicating clearly and effectively in English. Nice to have: Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM) ) is highly desirable. Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices is an advantage. Hands-on experience in developing software using React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and AWS cloud platform is a strong plus.
