Lead the approaching/discovery phase with clients for new business owners/solutions within the Non-JP BU scope (Factory Management, RFID, AI, Fintech, AR/VR, Inventory Management, AI Chatbot & Assistant...). Gather requirements, analyze pain points, and propose appropriate technical/technological solutions. Collaborate with project teams and clients to build PoC. Design overall solution architecture: system design, integration, tech stack selection, and high-level/low-level design documentation. Estimate technical effort/budget for each solution and present to stakeholders. Coordinate with POs, SMEs, and delivery teams to transition PoC into formal project scope upon approval. Standardize domain and solution architecture documentation. Participate in client meetings/workshops alongside PMs and BAs as needed. Apply AI to the SDLC for design, solution evaluation, and documentation.

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Technical/Solution Architect or Senior Developer/Tech Lead with solution design experience. Preference for candidates with 8–10+ years of experience in the IT industry. Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and proposing technical/technological solutions. Strong background in system architecture, integration (APIs, microservices), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP preferred). Proficient in English communication to participate in meetings/workshops with clients. Growth mindset with strong self-motivation to actively learn new technologies and business domains. Preferred Qualifications: Domain experience in Supply Chain, Factory Management, and RFID. Experience in other solution areas: Fintech, AR/VR, Inventory Management, and AI Chatbots. Experience conducting discovery/PoC for multinational clients (Singapore, Australia, China, Vietnam, etc.). Proficiency in Chinese is a plus. Soft Skills: Product-oriented mindset with a commitment to accompanying the product and client throughout their growth. High adaptability to fast-changing environments, evolving requirements, and shifting work scopes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong teamwork, proactivity, and a high sense of ownership. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
