Architect, design, and develop tailored technical solutions that address specific client needs, leveraging the capabilities of our platform and products. Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and proposed architectures. Develop and configure customized demos, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and pilots to demonstrate the value and functionality of our offerings. Coordinate with Engineering teams to address custom integration needs and feature gaps. Create and maintain technical documentation, solution diagrams, and configuration guides. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to convey client feedback, influence product roadmap development, and ensure proposed solutions are feasible and scalable. Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to clients post-implementation, ensuring successful adoption and optimization of solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with Support/Engineering teams to resolve client problems effectively. Maintain strong relationships with key client technical stakeholders to identify future opportunities and ensure long-term satisfaction. Stay up to date with product capabilities, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. At least 2 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Software Development, or a related field, preferably in a customer-facing technical role. Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts, system architecture, and integration patterns. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with scripting or programming, such as Python, JavaScript, or Java. Strong understanding of system design concepts and data structures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and demonstration skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to design creative and effective technical solutions for complex business challenges. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
