Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend systems using C# /.NET. Design and build high-performance, scalable, and reliable services and APIs. Participate in system architecture, database design, caching, and message-processing solutions. Optimize application performance, including latency, throughput, concurrency, and database performance. Troubleshoot and resolve performance and production issues. Collaborate with Product, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle. Participate in code reviews and continuously improve system quality and reliability.

Requirements Strong hands-on experience with C# /.NET backend development. Experience with Kafka, Redis, and MySQL. Experience building high-performance, high-throughput, or low-latency applications. Good understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems. Solid knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming. Good understanding of database design, indexing, query optimization, and transactions. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills. Experience with Docker and Linux environments is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on projects related to Finance, Accounting, Fintech, Trading, or Cryptocurrency. Experience building real-time, transaction-processing, or large-scale data systems. Experience designing systems for high availability, fault tolerance. Experience with AWS, Kubernetes/Docker Swarm, monitoring, and CI/CD is a plus. Experience Minimum 3 years of professional Backend Development experience. Candidates with experience in financial systems, trading platforms, or high-volume transaction systems are highly preferred.
